My opponent isn't playing: Each turn has 48 hours. If time runs out the turn is skipped; two misses in a row forfeit the match.
No opponent in a random match: If no one is found within 60 seconds, a bot opponent labeled "Training Castle" joins.
My purchased Gems didn't arrive: Wait a few minutes and reopen the game. If they still don't arrive, email musastrage@gmail.com with your username.
